Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. Cancellations can be done online or by calling/texting 920.445.4492. Failure to give a 24 hour notice or if you no call/no show, will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding that this policy is in place to protect the sustainability of the salon.

Return/ Exchange Policy

Should you make a retail that you are unsatisfied with, we will make an even exchange, or provide a refund via gift card within 10 days of purchase.

Things To Know!

Service Correction Policy

If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your stylist know within 10 days of your visit and we will happily make adjustments as needed. Due to the amount of time and products invested, we do not offer refunds on services.

Your Kiddos!

We really do love kids. Some of our stylists have cute little kids, some are aunts, and we were all kids once too! But, the seating and space can be limited at the salon. To ensure a peaceful visit for you, other guests, and for the safety of your children, please try to leave them home if they do not have an appointment. If your child will be accompanying you, we ask that you provide headphones for any phone or tablet that they have keeping them occupied. Thank you so much for understanding!

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. Please be aware that arriving late to your appointment may result in altering the services available or cancellation. We recommend that you book your next reservation prior to leaving the salon so that we can best accommodate your schedule.

Cell Phones

While receiving services, we kindly ask that you put your cell phone on vibrate or silenced. This allows for other guests to relax and for the stylists to give their undivided attention to their clients. Please refrain from using speaker phone, playing music, or watching videos while in salon. Unless doing so with headphones.
